We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As each artwork is carefully created, packaged, and shipped, please take note of the following policy regarding refunds and returns:
- All sales of original artworks and commissioned/custom-made pieces are final.
- Refunds are not available however we can offer exchanges if the item arrives damaged during transit.
- Exchanges are accepted within 7-10 days of delivery if the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged.
- To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement.
- Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, as each piece is made/printed specifically for your order.
